CannaFit Total Transformation 12 Week Program

If you’re like most CannaFit clients, you’ve tried multiple diets and workout programs, you may even be doing one now, but still find yourself overeating, not following the plan, unmotivated and not losing weight! CannaFit clients are either current users or canna-curious and open to trying cannabis as a tool to overcome anxiety, stress, insomnia, pain and inflammation because these can impede our efforts to build healthy habits.

  • CannaFit uses moderation and mindfulness to slow us down, turn inward, and use our natural sensations to monitor and track our fitness and nutrition.  


Cannabis is a tool in this program because all forms of cannabis heighten our senses so that we can better tune into and honor our hunger, fullness, energy, and satisfaction.  Some forms, like CBD and THCv (which are non intoxicating) can even suppress appetite and food noise. 


When it comes to exercise, mindfulness is paying attention to what our body enjoys doing, which movements seem most natural and which seem most effective. If you do what you actually enjoy, you’re more likely to stick with it. 


Mindful eating is more than just the types of foods that are healthy/better for us. What we really focus on is our behaviors. Changing behaviors such as chasing sugar, snacking at night, eating past fullness, not eating enough, chronic restriction and fear around food, emotional eating, and boredom eating… the behaviors that are keeping us from feeling our best or managing weight.  In this program we use whole foods and moderation to continue to enjoy eating while strategically eating the best foods for us most of the time. 


What really delivers our ideal, best feeling body is moderation and mindfulness combined with consistency and discipline.  Oftentimes, stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain or inflammation prevents us from building consistency and discipline with our healthy habits.  Cannabis can relieve these obstacles!  


In CannaFit, if you choose to consume cannabis, I will work with you individually to find the right type, dose and consumption method to help you overcome any obstacles and accelerate your health and fitness goals. 


The path looks different for each individual and your plan will be as unique as you are. To create your plan we will cover and practice the following topics: 

  • Workout Motivation and Consistency
  • Analyzing your food noise to learn how to prevent it or talk back to it. 
  • Evening out the “all or nothing” eating habits that lead to the binge/deprive cycle 
  • Self Compassion and Self Trust around food and exercise 
  • Listening to internal cues to determine what and when to eat 
  • Implementing behavior change through consistency and accountability 
  • Overcoming frustration
  • Cannabis education - so you're an expert too


Over 12 weeks you will be using new tools to practice and rewire your brain to overcome negative thought patterns that hinder your success. This will involve: 

  • Planning and organizing your own meal plans
  • Identifying and overcoming obstacles 
  • Exercise you don’t hate but that feels best for your body
  • Homework assignments to learn and practice mindfulness 
  • Consistently applying the appropriate cannabis as a tool and understanding how it works


As your coach, I am here to guide you and keep you on track with weekly coaching calls. These will be up to 60 minutes and are via Zoom/Facetime.
